WindClan

Territory

WindClan cats live in vast windy plains with no trees. There are short and long grasses, heather, bushes, and stones. The territory is very windy with no trees to block gusts, and the hills vary in height, length, and overall size. In the forest territory, there was a complex system of tunnels beneath the land that were used and sometimes made by WindClan cats. In the lake territory, there is still a complex system of tunnels underneath WindClan, but they are not used very often. The tunnels connect under ThunderClan's territory as well. WindClan shares borders with twolegplace and ThunderClan. There is a small strip of land that connects past the twolegplace with RiverClan. WindClan cats eat birds and rabbits that land and run on their windy plains.

Values

WindClan is best known for its strength and speed. The vast windy territory and the fast rabbits that they hunt have allowed and required WindClan cats to develop thin, wiry bodies that have strong muscles and long legs for quick running. WindClan takes great pride in considering themselves to be the closest to the Clans' ancestors for a couple of reasons. They believe they are closest to Silverpelt, or the stars where Clan cats believe their ancestors can be seen, and the Moonpool, which is where the medicine cats of the Clans can communicate with StarClan.

• Harestar - A quiet, responsible leader that only recently became the leader of WindClan
• Onestar - A gruff, sharp, thoughtful leader that has a varied, troubled past he had to come clean with
• Crowfeather - A grumpy, smart cat that helped the Clans find their new homes and tried to elope with a ThunderClan cat
• Tallstar - a kind, responsible, brave leader that strongly believed revenge and fights weren't worth the trouble
• Heathertail - a fierce, loyal cat that temporarily had a crush on a ThunderClan cat when she was younger
• Breezepelt - a fierce, stubborn, rude cat that is still trying to learn how to be kind
• Nightcloud - a fierce, loyal, stubborn cat that is the mother of and cares a lot for Breezepelt
• Barkface - a quiet, thoughtful medicine cat that was good friends with Tallstar
• Deadfoot - a brave, tough deputy that had a twisted foot
• Mudclaw - a gruff, tough deputy that mistakenly tried to take over WindClan because he believed it was the right thing to do
• Kestrelflight - a kind medicine cat that trained under Barkface
• Windstar - a fierce, loyal, and kind cat that was the first leader of WindClan
