Warrior Cats

How Can You Use this Guide?
Disclaimer: This guide was made by a fan of Warrior Cats, and is not official. As such, information has the possibility of being incorrect or outdated. Welcome to the Warrior Cats Clan Guide! This website contains a comprehensive list of all the current living Clans: ThunderClan, WindClan, RiverClan, ShadowClan, and SkyClan, and their ancestors, StarClan. It does not include any other notable groups from the series, such as the Tribe of Rushing Water or the Sisters. It will describe the kind of lives and beliefs each Clan holds or honors, what type of territory they live in, and a few noteworthy cats from that Clan. Please note that the important cats lists are not comprehensive, and will contain few to no cats that are considered antagonists. This information can be used in multiple ways: to find summaries of the Clans, get the logos of the Clans, find a couple important cats from that Clan, or be softly introduced into the complicated world of Warrior Cats. Hopefully you can't wait to get started!

The Cat Clans

The main cats of Warrior Cats live in seperate Clans. They all follow a shared Warrior Code, or a set of honored rules, to try and best keep Clans running, although each Clan and cat may have a different idea of what honor means, how important certain rules of the Warrior Code are, or what type of prey is best. The Clans live right next to each other, with the exception of StarClan, the Clans' ancestors, who walk the skies. As of the latest entries in the series so far, there are five living Clans: ThunderClan, WindClan, RiverClan, ShadowClan, and SkyClan. They live in territories surrounding a lake, shown in the map to the left, but they used to live in a different place called the forest territories, before humans (twolegs as the cats call them) destroyed it. The island in the center of the lake is where the Clans meet in peace under a full moon each month to talk of news and ideas. The Clans have existed and evolved for many years, enduring hardships both together and apart, and hopefully expect to survive and strive for many more years to come.
