Different Kinds of Bees
Foragers
Worker bees(females) are responsible for going out of the hive to get pollen from the flowers
undertakers
Are responsible for taking out dead bees and cleaning up the hive
Builders
Build the comb for honey storage and brood.
Fanners
Fanners cool the hive down by flapping their wings in certain rotations. This helps keep the hive cool so they do not overheat on hot summer days
Guards
These bees stay near the entrances of the hives and protect any unwanted entry
Nurse
Each bee becomes a nurse to the larva and helps feed them.
Queen's attendants
These bees stay next to the queen and help her meet her needs such as feeding her and grooming her. They also check to make sure she is producing enough for the life of the colonie.
Queen
She has one job and one only, she lays the eggs for the production of the hive. Many beekeepers will put colored dots on the queen so they can be spotted faster.
Drone
The lazy family members, their only job is to mate with the queen. After that, they are only extra mouths to feed because they do not do any jobs around the hive.

Monarchy?
The Hive is not a monarchy like many people think. Infact, The queen doesn't make too many decisions. It’s the hive that collectively makes the decisions for what's best for the colony. If the queen is not fulfilling her duties the hive can create a new queen and abandon the old one.
Communication?
Bees communicate through movement, such as dancing, and through their odors.
