Madison High School Bands
The Symphonic Band mainly consists of sophomores, but juniors and seniors can join as well. They meet during second hour.
Wind Ensemble consists of juniors and seniors and meets during first hour.
Percussion includes all grade levels at the high school and plays with both Symphonic Band and Wind Ensembleand meet in third hour.
The jazz bands are audition based and meet before school on either Tuesday and Thursday or Wednesday and Friday.
Marching Band allows all highschool students (including freshman) to join. This class is zero and first hour during first trimester.
Summer band is available for grades 5 and up. They meet three times a week during the summer until they march the Forth of July parade.
