Going to the Chicago Sky vs. Seattle Storm game with my dad was an absolutely unforgettable experience and one of the best days I’ve had in a long time. It was my very first WNBA game, and I had been wanting to go for what felt like forever. Watching the intensity and skill of both teams up close gave me a whole new appreciation for the game. Sharing that moment with my dad made it even more special; we cheered together, laughed, and celebrated every great play. By the end of the night, my voice was hoarse from cheering so much, but I didn’t care—it was totally worth it. I left the arena feeling inspired and full of excitement, already talking about when we could go to another game. My first WNBA game was everything I hoped it would be and more, and it made me an even bigger fan of women’s basketball than before.
