The Air Nomads

The Air Nomads have 4 temples, they have the north,west,south, and east air temples each one is almost the furthest in each direction. They can bend the air around them and they are one of two elements that can make their own element next to the fire nation. The flying bison were the ones who taught them how to air bend. The season they are associated with is autumn. The sub levels of all their bending are flight and spiritual projection.

Flight

The power of flight is very rare there have only been two people to have ever been able to do it. And the only way you are able to do it is if you lose all connections to worldly things which makes it so hard to do because you have to lose all connections to everyone and everything.

Spiritual Projection

Spiritual projection is where you can make you spirit leave your body and enter the spirit world. They do this by meditating and as they start to do it more the easier it is for them to do it. And while they're in the spirit world there bodies are left unguarded so if someone took their body while they're in there then they will be trapped in the spirit world until they can find their body.
